Administrative Services
As Practice Resource Manager, Sally is responsible for all administrative aspects of our office. Her primary goal is to make sure our office functions in a pleasant and efficient manner and that your experience is completely positive. 
Sally has over 25 years experience in the eye care industry in Maine. She is a Certified Paraoptometric Technician, American Board Certified Optician, and National Contact Lens Certified Technician. She has served on the Maine Paraoptometric Association Board, 2006-08 President, 2003-06 and 2008-09 Secretary-Treasurer, 2001-02 and 2010-2011 Member at Large. In 2004 she was chosen as Maine's Paraoptometric of the Year. She graduated from Kennebec Valley Community College with an Associate's degree in Business management/marketing.

Our friendly staff of administrative assistants are here to help make the business aspects of your visit as simple and hassle free as possible. We will help with everything -- from making you a convenient appointment with the Doctor of your choice to helping you utilize your health insurance most effectively. We are well-informed and will happily answer questions you may have.
Insurances
We accept most major insurance carriers in our state. We will gladly bill your insurance company for covered services. Our staff is very knowledgeable about the various insurances available and will help you to the best of our ability. Please Note - Patients are ultimately responsible for payment of services rendered. Many insurance companies require patients to obtain referrals when needed.
