REFUND POLICY:
“Eyewear orders cancelled within 48 hours are subject to a 25% restocking free.  No cancellations beyond 48 hours. In the event of a restyle exchange this can be done once within 30 days.  If the new selection is more expensive the patient is responsible for the upgrade, no refunds are offered if new selection is less.”

SHIPPING/DELIVERY POLICY:
“Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of inspection by our office. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Pickups from these services run Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.”

SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS:
Shipping and handling from our office is $9. There is no shipping for annual supply of contact lenses that are shipped directly from the distributor.
