Your eye health is our number one priority, but we know that your financial health is important, too. That’s why Smart Eye Care offers a secure, quick, and easy way to stay on top of any balances that your insurance may assess when processing your claim. If you receive a statement from us, you’ll see a link at the top left of the page to your personalized payment portal, where you’ll have the option to quick-pay with your credit or debit card or to complete your account so you can manage payments and save payment data.

The flexibility you need. The convenience you deserve.

You don’t need to complete an account to pay a bill, however, having an account will allow you to:

  • Sign up for e-statements to avoid issues with mail delivery (recommended)

  • Download your statements to submit to your HSA or HRA

  • Manage other accounts in your household

  • Securely store your card data

  • Set up and manage payment plans

  • Review your account activity

  • Message our billing department with questions

We know the last few years have been unusually challenging for our communities. If you are having difficulty paying a balance on services, you can use your payment portal to create a custom payment plan, or contact our Billing department at (207) 582-0036 (Option 1).

Our Billing Office hours are: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Thursday, and 7:00 am to 12:30 pm Friday.
